Shu-Hui Tsai, AKA. Juyarn Tsai, was born in Tainan, Taiwan. She received her PhD in Chinese from Chinese Culture University. The title of her dissertation was “A Study of the Eight Women during the Buddha’s Era in Chinese Buddhist Narrative”, and also published in English and Chinese, entitled “We’ll Always Be Connected---Siddhartha in Twelve Women’s lives”. As a teacher, producer, announcer, and freelance writer, she got a tremendous passion for broadcasting career, won four times of Golden Bell Awards. Her other publications include poetry, painting and prose collection entitled “We Will Always Be Collided”, and ten Buddhist illustrated books: “Six Roots I – VI”, Giraffe and Ant Series, “To Be or Not To Be I-III”.
